Commonwealth Central Authority and Wageman

The Commonwealth Central Authority, acting on behalf of the Secretary of the Attorney-General's Department, initiated proceedings against the respondent mother in 2012 under the Regulations. The nature of the dispute, as indicated by the court's final orders, involved an application for a stay of these proceedings. The matter was heard and determined by Le Poer Trench J.
