Collins and Tangtoi

In the matter of *Collins and Tangtoi*, heard before Loughnan J, the dispute concerned the living arrangements and parental responsibility for two children, A and N. The applicants sought orders regarding these matters.

The court was required to determine the primary issue of where the children, A and N, should live, and to make orders concerning parental responsibility for them.
