Colefax v NSW Department of Education and Communities

Colefax (the applicant) brought proceedings against the NSW Department of Education and Communities (the respondent) in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The dispute concerned the respondent's decision to terminate the applicant's employment as a teacher.
