Coelho v Arth Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a Brisbane Bike Rental

The Court further held that the primary judge had not erred in law in finding that the plaintiff's injuries were not caused by the defendant's negligence. The Court found that the evidence did not support a finding that the bicycle was defective or that the defendant's negligence contributed to the plaintiff's injuries. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal and refused leave to appeal to the High Court.
