Co-operative Societies Regulations (Amendment) (ACT)

The Australian Capital Territory Minister of State for Territories, Gordon Gordon Denton Scholes, made amendments to the Co-operative Societies Regulations under the Co-operative Societies Ordinance 1939. The amendment was promulgated in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 28 May 1986. The regulations introduced new rules regarding loan limits for building societies and additional requirements for maintaining capital.
