Clifford & Alban and Anor (Costs)

The matter before May J concerned an application and a notice of appeal filed by the appellant. The respondents sought orders for costs.

The appellant was also ordered to pay the costs of the second respondent, fixed at $3000, to be deducted from the net sale proceeds of a specified property in Victoria.
