Clarence and Kitchner

In the matter of *Clarence and Kitchner*, heard by Guest J, the dispute concerned the living arrangements and parental responsibility for three children: D, born March 1994; L, born February 1996; and S, born February 1998. The proceedings involved applications relating to the children's welfare and time spent with their mother.
