Cattell & Lund (No. 2)

In *Cattell & Lund (No. 2)*, Ms Cattell was the applicant and Mr Lund and Mr B Lund were the first and second respondents, respectively, in financial proceedings before Bennett J of the Family Court of Australia. The proceedings concerned the division of financial resources.

The court was required to determine, among other things, the terms of further orders to be made in the financial proceedings, including the scheduling of future hearings and the filing of applications and responses. The court also considered the amendment of previous orders and the provision of reasons for its decision.
