Cassar and Cassar

In *Cassar and Cassar*, Judge Middleton made orders concerning the parental responsibility and time arrangements for two children, born in 2006 and 2008. The dispute involved the Applicant Father and the Respondent Mother, and the court was required to determine the specific arrangements for the children's living situation, time spent with each parent, communication, and special occasions.

The court determined that the parties would have equal shared parental responsibility for the children.
