Carmel-Fevia and Fevia

The Honourable Justice Cronin considered applications for costs in proceedings between Carmel-Fevia and Fevia. The dispute concerned parenting matters, and the court was tasked with determining the appropriate orders regarding the costs incurred by the parties in relation to these proceedings.
