The court also made orders for the filing of updated affidavits and applications by both the mother and father to ensure all relevant information and proposed orders were before the court.

The proceedings were adjourned to a future date to consider the recommendations of the updated family report and the outcomes of the counselling and conference. A trial date was set as a reserve matter. The court also ordered the mother to file an affidavit detailing her most recent concerns and allegations, and granted the father leave to file an amended initiating application outlining his current orders sought.
