Calder and Kennard

In *Calder and Kennard*, heard before Cronin J, the dispute concerned a contravention application filed by the mother and an initiating application filed by the father. The mother's application alleged that the father had contravened court orders, while the father's application sought final orders in relation to parenting matters.
