In *Busoni & Busoni*, Foster J of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia considered an application for costs following earlier proceedings between a husband and wife. The specific dispute concerned the wife's entitlement to costs for applications she had filed on 7 May 2015 and 8 October 2015.
