Buongiorne and Buongiorne

In the matter of *Buongiorne and Buongiorne*, heard before Dessau J, the dispute concerned the enforcement of certain provisions within a financial agreement made between the parties. The wife sought to enforce specific clauses of the agreement, which had been entered into on 11 August 2011.
