Bunson and Abbey (No 2)

In the matter of *Bunson and Abbey (No 2)*, Cleary J of the Family Court of Australia considered an application by the mother, Ms Bunson, against the father, Mr Abbey. The dispute concerned costs following the dismissal of Ms Bunson's application filed on 1 March 2016.
