In the matter of *Buick & Boesten*, Dawe J of the Family Court of Australia considered a dispute between a father and mother concerning the future schooling of their two youngest children. Concurrently, they were ordered to enrol the children at G Suburb School from the beginning of the 2013 school year. Furthermore, the court ordered that an authority be provided to enable either parent to request and access educational information pertaining to the children from any school they attend.
