Buchanan and Gardiner

In the matter of *Buchanan and Gardiner*, heard before O'Reilly J, the dispute concerned the enrolment of a child born in February 1995 for Grade 8 at E State High School in 2008. The parties were required to reach an agreement regarding the child's secondary education.
