In *Bruno & Estrella*, the applicant wife sought costs from the respondent husband in relation to an application filed on 17 April 2018 and a reply filed on 16 July 2018. The matter came before Judge Mead.

Judge Mead ordered the respondent husband to pay the sum of $4,574.00 on account of the applicant wife's costs, to be paid into her solicitors' trust account by 3 May 2019. The court further ordered that the reply filed on 16 July 2018 be dismissed.
