The Fair Work Commission found that the agreement contained provisions that were fair and reasonable for the employees. The Commission determined that the agreement had been genuinely negotiated between the parties and met all the statutory requirements. The agreement also complied with the relevant award and satisfied the public interest test. Consequently, the Commission approved the Brilliant Lighting Enterprise Agreement 2022.
The Fair Work Commission approved the Brilliant Lighting Enterprise Agreement 2022, allowing the company to implement the new terms and conditions of employment for its workers. The Commission's decision affirmed that the agreement met the necessary legal criteria and was in the best interests of both the employees and the company.
