BRIFFA & DESANTIS

Consequently, the court dismissed the father's application regarding travel notification and granted the mother's application to change the child's name. The application for costs against the mother was also dismissed.

The orders made by the court authorised the mother to take all necessary steps to change the child's name from X A DESANTIS to X B BRIFFA. All other outstanding applications and responses were dismissed, and the Independent Children's Lawyer's application for the mother to contribute to costs was also dismissed.
