Application for the approval of the Boom Logistics Limited (Port Kembla Depot)/CFMEU Collective Agreement 2022-2025.
Boom Logistics Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Boom Logistics Limited (Port Kembla Depot)/CFMEU Collective Agreement 2022-2025 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 14 April 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2025.
The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
