Boles & Ors v Esada Finance Corporation Limited

The applicants, Ian John Boles, Robyn May Boles, Belanbula Pty Limited, and Hapnote Pty Limited, sought a declaration from the High Court of Australia that their solicitor, Mr. D. Creais of A.G. Robinson Creais, be permitted to cease acting for them in this matter. The respondent was Esanda Finance Corporation Limited.
