In *Blake & Blake*, heard before Judge Scarlett, the dispute concerned interim property distribution and injunctive relief between a husband and wife. The husband was released from an undertaking previously given to the Court.

The Court was required to determine the terms of interim property distribution and whether to grant an injunction restraining the husband from further withdrawals from a redraw facility.

The Court ordered that $8,000.00 be released from a mortgage facility to the wife and $8,000.00 to the husband, to be paid into their respective solicitors' trust accounts, as an interim property distribution. Furthermore, the husband was restrained by injunction from withdrawing any further amounts from the redraw facility until 1 December 2015. The matter was adjourned for further mention.
