Binetto and Massani

In *Binetto and Massani*, heard by Cronin J, the dispute concerned parenting arrangements for the child B, born in 2005. The court was required to determine the nature of parental responsibility and the specific living arrangements for the child.

It discharged all existing parenting orders and made new orders establishing equal shared parental responsibility for B.
