Bevan and Masacci

In the matter of *Bevan and Masacci*, heard by Rees J, the dispute concerned orders sought by the wife regarding the removal of livestock from a property and the husband's sole use and occupation of that property, as well as spousal maintenance. The wife also sought orders concerning the payment of fees for a single expert.

The court was required to determine whether to grant the wife's application for the removal of her livestock from the property by a specified date and for the husband to have sole use and occupation of the property, save for the wife's compliance with that order. Additionally, the court had to consider the wife's application regarding the payment of single expert fees and the husband's obligation to pay spousal maintenance.

Rees J ordered that the wife remove all her livestock from the property at B Street, C Town by 31 December 2016. The husband was granted sole use and occupation of the property, except for the wife's necessary access for livestock removal. The wife's application concerning the payment of single expert fees was dismissed. The husband was ordered to pay the wife spousal maintenance of $250 per week, with the first payment due within seven days of the order.
