Application for approval of the Berry Street Victoria 2014 - 2017 Agreement.

[1] Further to correspondence from the Health Services Union (Medical Scientists Association of Victoria Branch), the decision [2014] FWCA 6815 issued on 29 September 2014 is amended to include the Health Services Union.

[2] The Health Services Union being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, has given notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s.201(2), I note that the Agreement covers the Health Services Union, as well as the Independent Education Union and the Australian Services Union.
