Bentley and Bentley and Anor

In *Bentley and Bentley and Anor*, the Honourable Justice Hannam of the Family Court of Australia considered an application concerning the parental responsibility and living arrangements for a child, B. The application was brought by the paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Bentley Snr, against the child's parents.
