Bedder and Bedder

In the matter of *Bedder and Bedder*, heard before Cronin J, the husband sought leave to institute proceedings under Part VIII of the *Family Law Act 1975* (Cth) *nunc pro tunc*. The wife was ordered to pay the husband's costs.
