Bartram and Ogden

In the matter of *Bartram and Ogden*, heard before Judge Lapthorn, the dispute concerned the personal liability of the principal of A Ace Solicitors for costs orders made in favour of A K Abbott & Co Solicitors and Legal Aid Queensland.
