In proceedings DGC 737 and 738 of 2015 before Judge Harland, the dispute concerned parenting arrangements for two children, X and Y. The mother and father were the parties involved. The court was required to determine the orders regarding the children's living arrangements, time spent with each parent, and parental responsibility.

The court ordered that both the mother and father were to have equal shared parental responsibility for each child. The children were to live with the mother, and spend time with the father as agreed between the parties. Furthermore, the parent in whose care the child resided was directed to keep the other parent informed of any medical problems, prescribed medications, or other matters relevant to the child's welfare. The initiating applications filed by the parties on 16 March 2015 were dismissed.
