Bakker and Ralston

In the matter of *Bakker and Ralston*, Rees J considered an application by the mother concerning orders made on 17 October 2013. The dispute involved the mother's Amended Notice of Appeal against certain aspects of those earlier orders.

The primary legal issue before the Court was whether to grant a stay of specific orders made on 17 October 2013, pending the determination of the mother's appeal. The mother also sought expedition of her appeal.
