Application for approval of the AOS and MUA Offshore Oil and Gas Enterprise Agreement 2023

Australian Offshore Solutions Pty Ltd T/A AOS has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the AOS and MUA Offshore Oil and Gas Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).

I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

The Agreement is approved and will operate from 6 October 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 August 2027.

The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
