The court also considered whether the agreement complied with any relevant industrial laws and standards, including the National Employment Standards and any applicable awards or agreements. The court further considered whether the agreement met the requirements for approval under the Fair Work Act, including whether it had been negotiated in good faith and whether it provided for a proper and effective means of resolving any disputes that may arise.
