Ausnathealth.com Pty Ltd and Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered a dispute between Ausnathealth.com Pty Ltd and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) concerning eligibility for export market development grants.

The Tribunal was required to determine whether Ausnathealth.com Pty Ltd was eligible for grants under the *Export Market Development Grants Act 1997* (Cth) for certain promotional activities. Specifically, the Tribunal had to assess whether the expenditure incurred by Ausnathealth.com Pty Ltd met the criteria for grant eligibility as defined by the Act and relevant Austrade guidelines.
