Astari (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered an application for a Subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate) visa by Ms Astari. The primary dispute concerned whether Ms Astari met the character requirements for the visa, specifically criterion cl.485.216 (PIC 4001) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
