Armandine (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered an application by Armandine for a Subclass 500 (Student) visa. The core of the dispute concerned whether Armandine met the genuine temporary entrant (GTE) requirement, which is a criterion for this visa subclass.
