Andrews and National Disability Insurance Agency

The applicant, Mr Andrews, sought to set aside a decision that stayed proceedings, requested the recusal of a member of the Tribunal, sought a referral of the matter to the Federal Court, and requested the listing of the matter for a final hearing.
