In the matter of *Allen & Meredith*, Stevenson J of the Supreme Court of New South Wales was required to determine applications concerning property division and the distribution of proceeds from the sale of a property. The dispute involved a husband and wife, with the wife having filed an Application in a Case on 14 April 2015, seeking certain orders, and the husband seeking to enforce prior orders made on 6 June 2014 regarding the proceeds of sale of a property located at B Street, Suburb C.

The primary legal issues before the court were the wife's entitlement to certain monies from the proceeds of sale of the Suburb C property, and the wife's obligation to provide documentation related to the sale of that property to the husband. Specifically, the court had to consider the wife's claims as outlined in paragraphs 2 and 3 of her application, and whether these claims were valid in light of the existing orders.

Stevenson J dismissed paragraphs 2 and 3 of the wife's application, indicating that her claims in those paragraphs were not upheld. The court ordered that both parties cooperate to ensure the husband received all monies due to him from the proceeds of sale of the Suburb C property, as per the orders of 6 June 2014. Furthermore, the wife was directed to deliver to the husband, within seven days, the sales inspection report and the auction agency agreement pertaining to the Suburb C property.
