Allan & Allan and Ors

In *Allan & Allan and Ors*, the Family Court of Australia considered applications for interim spousal maintenance and the payment of outstanding credit card balances. The dispute arose between the Applicant Wife and the Respondent Husband concerning financial relief pending final determination of their proceedings.

The court was required to determine whether to make orders for the Respondent Husband to pay the outstanding balance on the Applicant Wife's Visa card and to make ongoing monthly payments towards that balance.
