Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 (TAS)

The Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 (TAS) was made by the Governor of Tasmania under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990. The order assigns responsibilities for various enactments, departments, and authorities to specific Ministers of the Crown, and specifies the departments or parts of departments responsible to each Minister. The order also revokes the Administrative Arrangements Order 2015 (No. 15 of 2015) and Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2015 (No. 35 of 2015).
