Abdullaev (Migration)

The applicants, Master Temurshokh Khasanov, Mrs Nigora Isomiddinova, and Master Mironshokh Khasanov, sought review of a decision concerning their applications for a Temporary Skill Shortage (Class GK) visa (Subclass 482). Their applications were made as members of the family unit of Mr Abdullaev, the first named applicant. The matter came before Katie Malyon, a Member of the Tribunal.

Consequently, the Tribunal remitted the applications of the second, third, and fourth named applicants for reconsideration by the Department, with the direction that their visa applications would be determined by reference to the outcome of Mr Abdullaev’s application.
