ABDU LOFTEN & INNA

The parties to this proceeding were ABDU LOFTEN (the father) and INNA (the mother), concerning parenting arrangements for their children. The matter came before Hannam J in the Family Court of Australia. The dispute centred on the time the children would spend with their father.
