Abani & Abani & Anor (SSAT Appeal)

This matter came before Judge Scarlett of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia concerning an appeal from a decision of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal. The dispute involved the applicant seeking a stay on the collection and enforcement of child support arrears owed to the respondent, Ms. Abani, for five children.
