Application for approval of the AB Maritime Pty Ltd WICET Project Greenfield Agreement 2013.

[1] On 29 July 2013 AB Maritime Pty Ltd made an application for approval of the AB Maritime Pty Ltd WICET Project Greenfield Agreement 2013 (Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Act). The Agreement is a greenfield agreement.

[2] The Agreement was lodged within 14 days after it was made.

[3] The Commission is satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act, as are relevant to this application for approval, have been met.

[4] The Agreement is approved. In accordance with s.54 of the Act the Agreement will operate from 15 August 2013. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 18 May 2015.
