The applicant sought review of a decision to refuse a protection visa. The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) had notified the applicant of the refusal decision, and the applicant subsequently lodged an application for review with the AAT.

Consequently, the Tribunal made no orders in relation to the merits of the protection visa application.
